You want to stay centrally
The accommodation is at Alte Bergstr. 174b, between Burg Trausnitz and St. Martin. It is about a minute on foot to the start of the old town.

Raum Landshut is not a hotel. It is privately bookable accommodation close to the old town, with a kitchen of your own, two bathrooms and room for up to 4 people. Whether that is better than a hotel depends entirely on what you need. This page is here to help you decide.
What you will not find here: a reception, room cleaning during your stay, breakfast, room service or a lift. If any of those matter to you, a hotel is the better choice – and Landshut has several.
Not everyone searching for a hotel actually wants hotel service. Often what is wanted is simply somewhere central to sleep. These six points usually settle it.
